Rider types

AVID RIDER
Type: For a cyclist who rides an average of 150 km or more per week and love to train, improve and race.
Terrain: In all terrain, paved and unpaved roads, with hills and long climbs, and technical descents.
Daily rides: An average of 70-150 km per day, with 1.000 mt or more of climbing.
Tour highlights: You’ll be focused riding on challenging paths…but you’ll have the chance to relax for a while, visiting nice places and enjoying nice landscapes.
ACTIVE RIDER
Type: for a cyclist who rides a bike regularly, 2 times or more at week, comfortable with rides of 2 hours or more, who loves a physical challenge.
Terrain: In all terrain, paved and unpaved roads, with hills and some medium climb.
Daily rides: An average of 50-100 km per day, with around 1.000 mt of climbing.
Tour highlights: you’ll be riding during a part of the day, giving you the chance to visit the places along the path, to try some activities on your daily ride, alternating physical challenge to relax.
ENTHUSIAST RIDER
Type: for a cyclist who rides a bike regularly for fitness or just for fun, or who is approaching cycling and improving.
Terrain: Rolling paved roads, with hills and some easy short climb and easy to medium descents. Rolling unpaved roads, with hills and easy descents.
Daily rides: An average of 30 to 50 km per day, with 500 to 1.000 mt of climbing.
Tour highlights: you’ll be riding taking your time, challenging on small climbs and enjoying nice relax stops, visiting historical places or trying nice activities along your route.
OCCASIONAL RIDER
Type: for a cyclist who rides occasionally, but wants to ride on vacation.
Terrain: paved roads with smooth short hills and easy descents, unpaved roads with smooth short hills and very easy descents.
Daily rides: around 30 km per day, with less than 500 meters of climbing.
Tour highlights: tours for easy riders will be focused on enjoy the beautiful landscapes and nice historical villages riding a bike, maybe just with loop tour around the hotel.
